provides initial telephone assistance service completely free of charge
which provides the assistance of one of our technicians cutting down on
waiting times and with the precise intention of resolving the problem.
The technical assistance call service is active from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.30 excluding holidays and Sundays.
In the event of a more complex problem which requires the intervention
directly at the client’s premises, it will be necessary to complete a
special form which the technician needs in order to:
- Know where to intervene and organize the assistance service.
- Know the welder model
- Find the spares compatible with the welder to be repaired.
- Prepare all the material necessary for the intervention.
This is why SIRIUS ELECTRIC requires that the form be completed WITH MAXIMUM CARE, to assure that the maintenance service can operate in a fast, economic and efficient manner.
