The ultrasound welders in the COMPACT series are designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (3D CAD, CNC). These welders are particularly suited for welding small parts and its mechanical design is simple and practical. The ultrasound generators deliver absolute reliability for a consistent weld. The ultrasound welders mod. COMPACT are available in two models:
- Bench type
- Column type (possibility of incorporation on automatic lines)
The transducer holder head moves pneumatically on high-precision prismatic guides. The welder is equipped with a mechanical limit switch to control the welding position. The generators used are available with a frequency of 36 kHz, with 500-1000 Watt power. These generators are latest generation and totally digital. They are equipped with a backlit display and come enclosed in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of this welder is the cycle control system managed by a MICROPROCESSOR.
DIGITAL SE-09 GENERATORS
The ultrasound generators of the DIGITAL SE-09 series feature a front panel with backlit display that shows all the programme information and instructions for use.
The new programming system and different functions selection is managed by a rotary selector switch with enter button.
This system makes selection extremely fast and easy. The panel includes some Led indicators to provide additional control functions and a Test button to start the ultrasound function.
MICROPROCESSOR
The welding cycle control and management is through a MICROPROCESSOR contained inside a metal cabinet which is conveniently positioned at the side of the welder. The Microprocessor panel is equipped with backlit display and programming keyboard with protective membrane.The following operating options are provided:
- Work mode time
- Possibility of setting the vibration time with centesimal resolution
- Piece counter function with Reset option
