Portable ultrasound generator of the US 150 range, designed and manufactured for the welding and the assembly of small plastic parts in operations such as riveting, small inserts and the welding of very small parts. This generator is totally digital, it simple to use and has a backlit display and programming keyboard.
The vibration frequency and amplitude can be adjusted.
Menus are available in various languages and can be easily changed.
The transducer is accommodated in an anodized aluminum case with lever button to start the welding cycle. The transducer is extremely light and compact. The simplicity of use, the variety of available functions and the affordable price makes this generator truly unique.
The US 150 generator is available in various configurations. Of particular interest is the Open Frame version, that is without metal case. The generator takes the form of an electronic board that can be placed inside an electric panel and the display positioned in an accessible location. This version is used in the construction of special ultrasound welding machines for small sized parts.
The transducer is contained inside a stainless steel casing and can be manufactured according to specific customer requirements.
For communication with other control and management systems the US 150 generator is fitted with a Can communication port.
